I called to have internet service, customer rep told me they are only going to charge a 1 or @ pending, instead got charged twice 100.18 .Has been calling since day one , cant get my money back.

And they disconnected the service in day 2.I have been calling 1o times a day, they keep putting me on hold, and are am getting run around. double charge for $100.18 twice and disconnected service, cant get refund back.

nightmare.I have never seen this kind of service before.I am thinking to take them to small claims court.Nightmare.terrible !

Worst internet ever. Reported to Better Business Bureau, not that it did any good, but I got to complain. Absolute rip off, they are liars and cheats.
